The Rho Class Induction Ceremony

On September 27, 2025, the fraternity held the Rho Class Induction Ceremony at Franklin Middle School in Somerset, NJ. This event is more than a formal gathering—it’s a rite of passage for young men entering the NBA Kappa League, a mentoring and leadership program for students from 6th through 12th grade.

During the ceremony, new members were introduced and welcomed into the brotherhood, surrounded by family, mentors, and community leaders. Each student took the Kappa League pledge, affirming their commitment to excellence, leadership, and service with powerful words like:
“I am greatness in the making. I am leadership. I am achievement.”

This milestone marks the start of their journey in the Kappa League, where they’ll gain mentorship, support, and opportunities that help prepare them to become future leaders.
